We Offer, Hassle free Refunds for unopened products 
You can request a returns within 7 days after receiving the product 
To be eligible for a return,  item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If damaged during shipping pls contact us on Returns@esharomatics.com.

Return shipment will be your responsibility.

Damaged in transits 
We are committed to provide you the best experience. It's Important for you to inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately no longer than 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can ensure an outcome to ensure your satisfaction. 

Please Safely discard the product, in case the product you received is damaged, broken or seems defective to you  to prevent any incidents. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchange or refunds for 
On Sale items, Discounted, clearance, Sample products, Consultation, Digital Courses, Gift Cards, Opened - Used Products and/or custom made products.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, contact us 

SHIPPING POLICY

Estimated processing time is between 4-5 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your packages' journey. 
Please be sure to double check your delivery address, Area Code and contact details. Esh Aromatics is not responsible for any lost packages or incorrect deliveries. You may have to contact the carrier for additional information. 

We usually shiput the packaging from Mon-Wed during the hot season to reduce transit time. 

All issues with orders must be reported within the first 7 days of delivery. No shipping related damage returns can be authorized after this period.
