Cancellation & Management Policy for Subscriptions

Thank you for subscribing! We aim to make managing your membership simple and transparent. Please review our policy below.

1. Understanding Your Subscription
When you join, you are enrolling in a recurring delivery service based on the duration and frequency you select. Your chosen payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each shipment according to your billing cycle, unless you have paid in advance. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel before your next billing date.

2. How to Manage, Pause, or Cancel
You have complete control and can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.

To manage your subscription, please log into your account on our website. You can also use the direct link provided in your order confirmation or shipping emails.

Through your account, you can:

Change or request for your prefered scent 

Skip an upcoming delivery

Update your shipping address or payment method

Pause your subscription for a set period

Cancel your subscription entirely

3. Important Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations requested after this cutoff will apply to the following delivery cycle. You will continue to receive any shipments already processed and charged.

4. Billing & Refunds
All subscription fees are billed in advance of each shipment. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will receive any remaining scheduled deliveries that you have already paid for. As our subscriptions involve perishable, custom-curated goods, we do not offer refunds for past boxes that have already been shipped. For issues with a specific delivery (e.g., damage), please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update subscription fees or the terms of this policy at any time. Members will be notified via email of any significant changes affecting their membership at least 30 days in advance.
