1. Are Your Candles Non-Toxic?
Answer: Our candles are crafted to be a clean-burning choice. We use all-natural coconut apricot wax, 100% pure essential oils or phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. We  Make conscious choice to eliminate parabens, phthalates, or synthetic ingredients from our Fragrance Oils and Dyes. For optimal air quality, we recommend burning in a well-ventilated area and trimming wicks to 1/4" before each use.

2. What Are the Benefits of Coconut Apricot Wax?
Answer: Our coconut apricot wax blend is a premium, natural wax chosen for its exceptional performance. Benefits include a cleaner, slower burn than of  paraffin, a superior scent throw that fills a room faster, and a smooth, creamy appearance with minimal frosting. It is also a renewable, biodegradable resource.

3. Essential Oils vs. Fragrance Oils in Candles: What's the Difference?
Answer: We offer both to cater to different preferences. Our Essential Oil Candles use 100% pure, natural plant extracts for a singular, authentic botanical aroma. Our Fragrance Oil Candles use premium, phthalate-free oils that are specifically formulated for candles, allowing for complex, long-lasting scents that may not exist in nature (like vanilla cupcake). Both are held to our strict clean-burning standards.

4. Are Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oils Safe?
Answer: Yes, the phthalate-free fragrance oils we meticulously select are considered safe for candle making and home use. "Phthalate-free" means these oils are formulated without phthalates, a group of chemicals sometimes used as plasticizers. We buy from suppliers who confirm this standard.

5. What Makes Your Candles Eco-Friendly/Sustainable?

6. How Do I Make My Candle Last Longer? (Candle Care Tips)
"Answer: For maximum lifespan and performance: 
First Burn: Allow wax to melt fully to the container edges (2-4 hours). 
Always Trim: Wick to 1/4"" before each relight to prevent soothing. 
Burn Time: Never exceed 4 hours per session. 
Store Properly: Keep away from direct sunlight and drafts when not in use.

7. Are Your Candles Vegan and Cruelty-Free?
"Answer: Yes, and yes. Our luxury and Lifestyle candles contain no animal-derived ingredients. Furthermore, we and our suppliers do not test any ingredients or finished products on animals. We are a proud cruelty-free brand. 

For our Handcrafted Artisan Flower Candles which are primarily designed as a decorative candles / Luxury Candles for Gifts, we use Ethically sourced Beeswax based on request only.

8. Why Are Your Candles Hand-Poured?
Answer: Hand-pouring is an artisan craft, not just a process. It ensures precise scent blending, allows the wax to cure properly for optimal fragrance, and improved consistent quality in every candle. This small-batch attention to detail is what makes our candles unique and luxurious.

9. How Long Does Shipping Take, and What Are Your Policies?
"Answer: We process orders within 1-2 business days. USPS & UPS shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US.

10. What Is Your Candle Jar Made Of, and Is It Recyclable?
Answer: Our vessels are made from clear, high-quality Borosilicate glass with high heat tollerance. Once your candle is finished, you can clean out any remaining wax (soap and hot water works well), remove the wick tab, and place the clean jar in your standard curbside glass recycling bin. We also love creative upcycling ideas!

11. Do Your Candles Have a Strong Scent Throw?
Answer: Yes, our specific coconut apricot wax blend and expert fragrance load are chosen for an excellent both hot and cold scent throw. The "hot throw" is the scent released while burning, and the "cold throw" is the scent you smell unlit. For best results, follow our care tips to ensure an even wax melt pool, which is key to releasing fragrance.

12. Can I Burn Your Candle Around My Pets?
Answer: While our ingredients are clean-burning, pet safety is paramount. Birds and small animals can be sensitive to any airborne scents or essential oils. We recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area separate from pets, and always monitor them. Consult your veterinarian if you have specific concerns.

13. What Does "Slow-Burning" Candle Mean?
Answer: A "slow-burning" candle provides more hours of enjoyment per ounce of wax. Our coconut apricot wax blend has a dense structure that consumes wax at a slower rate than many paraffin or soft soy blends. For example, our 9oz candle offers approximately 50-60 hours of burn time under optimal conditions.

14. Are Your Candles Safe for Pregnancy?
Answer: We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider regarding candle use during pregnancy. While our candles are made with clean ingredients, individual sensitivities can vary. Some clients prefer our unscented option for peace of mind during this time.

15. What Is Candle "Tunneling" and How Do I Prevent It?
Answer: "Tunneling" is when a candle burns a hole down the middle, leaving wasted wax on the sides. It is easily prevented: On the first burn, always allow the wax to liquefy completely across the entire surface to the edges of the jar. This sets a "memory burn" for an even pool every time thereafter.
