Your Safety is Our Goal and Shared Responsibility.

The Golden Rules of Candle Safety

These are the non-negotiable practices for every single burn.

1. NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED. Extinguish all candles when you leave the room or before going to sleep.

2. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. Never place a burning candle where a child or pet could knock it over.

3. BURN ON A STABLE, HEAT-RESISTANT SURFACE. Away from drafts, curtains, bedding, papers, and anything flammable.

*YOU MUST REMOVE THE DRIED FLORAL or any  DECORATION FROM THE CANDLE SURFACE BEFORE LIGHTING. If included any “Remove decorative Wood Plank before lighting”. Failure to do so is a fire hazard.

Your Step-by-Step Safety Guide

Before You Light

  • Trim the Wick: Before every lighting, ensure the wick is trimmed to ¼ inch (6mm). This prevents high flames, shooting, and smoking. Use a proper wick trimmer for a clean cut.
  • Inspect the Jar: Check your candle for any cracks, flaws, or debris in the wax before lighting.
  • Choose the Right Location: Place the candle on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated room, but away from drafts, air vents, and ceiling fans.
  • Burn Time: On the first burn, allow the candle to create a full melt pool (wax liquefied to the edges of the jar). This prevents "tunneling" and ensures an even burn for the life of the candle. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

While Burning

  • Supervise Constantly: Never burn a candle unattended or in a room where you may fall asleep.
  • Keep It Clear: Maintain at least 4-6 inches (8cm) of space between multiple burning candles. Never burn anything other than the wick.
  • Avoid Contact: The jar will become hot. Do not move or handle the candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquefied.
  • Extinguish if Necessary: If the flame becomes too high, flickers repeatedly, or smokes, carefully extinguish the candle. Let it cool, trim the wick, and check for drafts before relighting. Your Candle Snuffer only. DO NOT use water to extinguish.

Extinguishing & Cool-Down

  • Use a Snuffer: The safest way to extinguish a candle is with a candle snuffer. It prevents hot wax from splattering.
  • Never Use Water: Water can cause hot wax to splatter and may crack the hot glass container.
  • Ensure the Wick is Fully Out: Before leaving the room, confirm the wick has stopped glowing.
  • Let It Cool Completely: Candle containers usually get hot after a few hours of burning. Do not replace the lid, touch the vessel or move the candle until it has cooled completely to room temperature.

Storage & Disposal

  • A well-kept candle burns cleaner, lasts longer, and elevates every space. Burn with care, always.
  • Storage: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dust.
  • Limit exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and moisture to prevent softening the was, faded fragrances and compromise the wick
  • Final Burn: Stop burning the candle when there is ½ inch (1.5cm) of wax remaining at the bottom. This prevents the jar from overheating.
  • Jar Reuse: Our jars are designed for candle safety & not designed for food, drink, or microwave use. If you choose to repurpose the jar, ensure it is thoroughly cleaned.

Our Commitment to Your Safety

  • ASTM-Grade Containers: Every Candle is double checked for cracks, break and any type of hazardous elements and Confirmed to meet Safety standards for thickness and thermal shock resistance, ensuring durability and preventing breakage.
  • Premium Materials: We use high-quality waxes and Phthalates free  fragrance oils designed for a clean, consistent burn.
  • Rigorous Testing: We make small batches. Our candles are tested for performance, stability, and hot throw to ensure they meet our strict quality and safety benchmarks.
